1. Returns and Exchanges
Return Period: You can return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items: We accept returns on hoodies, sweatpants, and jackets, provided they are in original condition with all tags intact.
Non-returnable Items: Personalized or custom-designed items are non-returnable unless there’s a defect.
2. Refund Process
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days once we’ve received and inspected the returned items.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number, the reason for return, and any other details we might need to process it. We’ll provide return instructions and address any questions.
4. Exchange Policy
You can exchange items for a different size or color if available. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns and should be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible, offering a replacement or refund based on your preference.
